I don't want to see NSFW in the art tag since I personally don't like NSFW stuff. I'm not gonna say you can't draw or commission whatever you want but please do so in private spaces and nowhere I can find. So do not post in discord, on my tags, in my tweets, etc.I like using fanart for schedules and thumbnails so I'll likely reach out to you if you do fanart to ask permission. Due to a fear of someone copyright striking me potentially, if someone gives me a "you can use all my art for whatever" go ahead I will still ask you whenever I want to use your art, as a way of leaving a paper trail in case something happens. If this sort of thing annoys you I recommend posting your art (or reposting if you're coming from Discord) with the tag #Eliokay, that tag tells me you are ok with me using the work you used in the tag, preventing either of us from contacting each other for permission for everything. This is only for thumbnails, schedules, etc. I never will use fanart for merch or anything.Fan made merch is ok! Feel free to make charms of me. If this is going up on an online store please get in contact with me to get permission, I've been advised by people to take a cut of profits from fan merch depending on some factors. Also please do credit me by linking to my twitch.You can post clips of my streams or make animatics of me to post to your youtube! Again, all I ask is to either link to the stream you clipped/got audio for or credit me accordingly. (and please do share the link if you do any of this since id love to see them hdhd)Please do not edit art of me outside of my model art. By that I mean, do not edit commissioned images. Using images in memes is fine, or things like vaporwave edits or things like fancams. those are all fine and encouraged! I mean things like redrawing parts of it like changing the clothes or something like that since it's tampering with the artists work. Also requesting not to use the art i commissioned from Iz for ANYTHING since Iz ONLY permits me to use the commissioned images I got. Do not use their art specifically in anything.If I find leaks of things like my ko-fi paid voice packs I will simply take them down permanently and ban anyone I find out has done that. Do not spread paid content out for free. I'm not a company, this actively hurts me if you do this.If I delete stream VODs I reserve the right to not give a reason but you can ask me why. Also do not reupload deleted VODs. Theres likely a reason if I delete something instead of making it just be private.Please do not post AI created Artwork in the art tag. You can share it on the Discord media channel but if it is made by an AI it is technically not made by you and I don't count it as fanart but something akin to an edit.
